Intro to the Support Portal

The Support Portal is the place to view all your ClickUp support cases and their statuses.

Logging into the Support Portal

The Support Portal uses SSO with your ClickUp credentials.

  1. From the ClickUp Help Center, click the Sign In button located in the upper-right corner of your screen.

  2. Enter the email and password you use for your ClickUp account and click Log In.

    • If you're already signed in to ClickUp, you may not see the SSO page. You'll be logged into the portal and redirected to the help center.

Viewing your tickets

Once you're logged in, you can use the portal to view your current and past support tickets.

  1. From the ClickUp Help Center, click your name located in the upper-right corner of your screen.
  2. Click Requests. CUSPVIEWTICKETS.png
  3. From the My requests page, you'll be able to view all your ClickUp support requests along with the request's status.

  4. Clicking Requests I'm CC'd on, will show you all the ClickUp support requests you've been mentioned in along with the request's status.
