Troubleshooting Home

If you're missing tasks in your My Work Card, try these troubleshooting steps:

  • Check Assignees: Make sure you are assigned to the task.
  • Start and Due Dates: Confirm that the task has both a start date and a due date set.
  • Other Views: Look for the task in other views such as Today, Overdue, Next, or Unscheduled.
  • Calendar View: Check if the task appears on the expected date in the Calendar view.

For Reminders:

  • You can create and manage reminders from the Home Screen in the To Do section.
  • Just like tasks, you can delegate, delete, complete, and set due dates for reminders.

Reminder notifications are managed individually and do not follow the task notification settings.

Regarding Comments:

  • If you mention a user in a comment, it won’t appear on the Home Screen. To ensure visibility, assign the comment to the user.
  • If you’re mentioned in a comment without being assigned to that comment, simply click the mentioned button at the top right of the Home Screen to see where you’ve been mentioned.
