Spaces
Create one Software Development Space to hold all of your Folders.
You can create views at this level to search, filter, sort, and group tasks for a high-level overview.
Product team Folders
Create one Folder for each product or engineering team. If the team uses an Agile workflow, create a Sprint Folder for them.
In the template, there is a Kanban and Sprint Folder you can use as a starting point.
We recommend creating the following Lists in each team Folder to categorize your tasks:
- Projects
- Kanban, if your team uses the Kanban methodology

Sprint, if your team uses the agile Scrum methodology
- Depending on your settings, Sprint Lists can be automatically generated. Learn how to add Sprints to a Sprint Folder.
- Backlog
- Bugs
Other Folders and Lists
In addition to your product team Folders, we recommend creating the following Folders and Lists or a variation of them:
