We recommend creating the following Custom Fields in your Social Media List:

Custom Field type Description Example
Date A custom date and time

Use Date Custom Fields to display information such as:

  • Close Date
  • End Date
  • Publishing Date
Dropdown Choose from a customizable list of options.

Use Dropdown Custom Fields to display information such as:

  • Content Pillar
  • Content Type
  • QA Stage
Files Upload files from your device or cloud storage services. Use a Files Custom Field to upload important reference files to tasks.
Labels A flexible list of options, similar to tags Use a Labels Custom Field to organize tasks by channel, such as Instagram, LinkedIn, or Facebook.
Number A formatted numeric value

Use Number Custom Fields to display any numeric data, such as:

  • Engagement
  • Views
People Select people or Teams in your Workspace for each task.

Use People Custom Fields to display information such as:

  • Requestor
  • Sponsor
  • Submitted by
