Change List when due date changes

Ensure all items that have a due date are moved to your Scheduled on Calendar List.

Create an Automation in your Inbox List that moves tasks to the Scheduled on Calendar List when a due date is added.

If you have Tasks in Multiple Lists activated in your Workspace, tasks can live in both your Inbox and Scheduled on Calendar Lists at the same time. For this workflow, click the Move and keep in current List checkbox below the Move to list Action in your Automation.

Change List when start date changes

Ensure all items that have a start date are moved to the correct List.

Create an Automation in your Inbox List that moves tasks to the Scheduled on Calendar List when a start date is added.

If you have Tasks in Multiple Lists activated in your Workspace, tasks can live in both your Inbox and Scheduled on Calendar Lists at the same time. For this workflow, click the Move and keep in current List checkbox below the Move to list Action in your Automation.

Change List when Custom Field changes

Ensure blocked items are moved to the correct List.

Create an Automation in your Inbox List that moves tasks to the Waiting On/Delegated List when the Blocked Checkbox Custom Field is checked.
