Download Brain MAX

To get started, download Brain MAX:

If you use single sign-on (SSO) or two-factor authentication (2FA) in your Workspace, these methods will be used to sign in to the Brain MAX app.

Search anything

Search ClickUp, the web, or files from your connected apps like GitHub, Google Drive, Sharepoint, and many more using Brain MAX.

Use Talk to Text

Use AI-powered Talk to Text to convert your voice to text completely hands-free in Brain MAX or any text box. Use it when searching the web, composing an email, or writing a document!

Connect an app

To connect a new app from Brain MAX:

  1. In the left sidebar, hover the Apps section and click the plus icon.

  2. Locate the app and click Connect.
  3. Sign in to the application to authorize access.

Switch Workspaces

To switch Workspaces:

  1. At the bottom of the left sidebar, click your Workspace name.
  2. Select a new Workspace.

Sign out of Brain MAX

To sign out of your account:

  1. In the lower-left corner, click the settings icon.
  2. Select Sign out.

Does signing up for the Brain MAX app sign me up for a ClickUp account and Workspace?

Yes. If you don't have an account and sign up for Brain MAX, a Free Forever ClickUp Workspace will be created for you.

Where can I share feedback or ideas?

You can share feedback and ideas here: https://feedback.clickup.com/clickup-brain-desktop.

Do I have to download each new update?

Updates to Brain MAX are downloaded and installed automatically when you open the app. If you have issues, fully close the app and reopen it.

Are my searches used to train AI LLM models?

Is my data secure when using Brain MAX?

Yes! Here's why:

  • Brain MAX does not give large language models (LLMs) direct access to your ClickUp information. Your Workspace data remains private and protected.
  • If your Workspace uses Single Sign-On (SSO) or two-factor authentication (2FA), these security measures are also used when signing in to Brain MAX.
  • Any data processed by Brain MAX follows ClickUp’s security protocols to ensure your information is handled safely.
