Subtasks in Multiple Lists

What you'll need

  • 100 uses of Subtasks in Multiple Lists are available on our Free Forever and Unlimited Plan.

    • Uses do not reset when subtasks are deleted.
  • 1,000 uses of Subtasks in Multiple Lists are available on our Business Plan.

    • Uses do not reset when subtasks are deleted.
  • Unlimited uses of Subtasks in Multiple Lists are available on our Business Plus and Enterprise Plan.

  • Guests can't add, change, or remove Subtasks in Multiple Lists.

Note: A use is counted each time someone adds or removes a subtask from an additional List.

Enable or disable Subtasks in Multiple Lists

To enable or disable the Subtasks in Multiple Lists:

  1. Click on your avatar in the lower-left corner of your Workspace.

  2. Select ClickApps.

  3. Scroll down or search for Tasks in Multiple Lists.

  4. Check or uncheck the Subtasks in Multiple Lists box.

    • Warning: Disabling Subtasks in Multiple Lists will remove subtasks from all additional Lists they've been added to. This cannot be undone.

Show or hide Subtasks in Multiple Lists

Customize your Task views using the option to show or hide Subtasks in Multiple Lists.

  1. Open a Task view.

  2. Click Show or Settings if you're in Calendar view.

  3. Toggle Subtasks in multiple Lists on or off.

Add or remove subtasks from additional Lists

Adding and removing subtasks from additional Lists follows the same process as tasks!
