Marketing and creative request Forms

We recommend creating a separate Form view for marketing and creative requests.

You can create the Forms at any Hierarchy level and use Custom Fields in your questions to consolidate the information you need. When a Form is submitted, a task with the submission details will be created in a List of your choosing.
