Add tasks to the Project Health List

Ensure all status report tasks make it into the Project Health List!

Ensure the Tasks in Multiple Lists ClickApp is activated.

Create an Automation at the Project Management Space that adds tasks to the Project Health List when their PMO Item Type field is set to Status Report.

Set Custom Fields for different phases

Create Automations that set the Project Phase Custom Field when you create a new task in each individual phase List.

For example, for your Phase 1: Discovery List, we recommend creating an Automation that sets the Project Phase field to Discovery. This Custom Field will allow you to easily group, filter, sort, and report on all discovery tasks across all of your projects.
