Save time spent switching between your Apple Calendar and ClickUp.
This is a one-way sync. Changes made in ClickUp will be reflected in your Apple Calendar, but not vice versa. To learn about our two-way calendar syncs, read our Google Calendar integration and Outlook Calendar integration articles.

The Apple Calendar sync is available on every ClickUp plan.
- Guests can't use the Apple Calendar sync.
Set up the one-way sync
Sync tasks that have upcoming due dates with your Apple Calendar.
Tasks with due dates in the past will not sync. Tasks with a due time but no start time will start at midnight in your Apple Calendar.
We cannot remove tasks created by ClickUp once they are synced. You will need to remove them from your Apple Calendar.
From the App Center:
- Search for and select Apple Calendar.
- Click Configure.
- Click Connect.
- Choose the Workspace and location from which you want to sync tasks.
- Select what you'd like to sync: All tasks or Tasks assigned to me.
- Click Save.
You can copy the Apple Calendar subscription URL by clicking Copy.
- In the upper-right corner, click the x.
- Click Add.
- Select a location in your Workspace. To add an additional location, click Add.
You can copy the Apple Calendar subscription URL for each location by clicking Copy to clipboard.
