Add and edit Personal Time Off from Workload view to manage your team's workload around their actual availability.

You can view, add, and edit your personal time off from Workload view.
 
Personal time off is automatically taken into consideration when calculating your team's capacity.

Add time off 

To add personal time off from Workload view:
  1. Click anywhere on the canvas to create a new item.
  2. Click the Time off tab.
  3. Set your time off details.
  4. Click Add time off.
 

Edit time off

To edit personal time off from Workload view:
  1. Click on an existing time off entry.
  2. Edit your time off details.
  3. Click Save.
