Content review Custom Autopilot Agent

The marketing team wants to use AI to align content writing with their voice and style. The senior content writer creates a Custom Autopilot Agent in a Chat Channel.

The following table describes how the senior writer configures the Autopilot Agent:

Instructions

The instructions tell the AI Agent what to do when the Trigger and Conditions have been met.

Following is a snippet of the senior writer's instructions:

Review the content passed to you against the Content Guidelines section below. 2. Decide which changes should be made to the text, while preserving the formatting where possible and relevant to do so. 3. Grade the content against the scoring system provided to you in the scoring section below, and according to the level of changes you had to make. 4. The most important rule you must follow is to provide any content changes that you make inline. The content you replace must be struck out using markdown syntax (~), and
the content you generate must be in bold, again using markdown syntax (**). This must be done inline and not in a separate section.
For example, in the following snippet, 'our software' was replaced with 'ClickUp'. Notice how 'our software' is struck out, while 'ClickUp' is in bold. Our software **ClickUp** is the best productivity tool. Scoring system Scheme Score lower if headlines are vague/meaningless. Heavily penalize chliches or non-user-centric outcomes. Knowledge

The knowledge specifies which data within and outside of your Workspace the Autopilot Agent can use to perform the action you're requesting.

The senior content writer configures the knowledge like this:

  1. In the Workspace Data section, they keep their Workspace's box checked. This allows the agent to search the Docs, tasks, and Chats in all public Spaces in their Workspace when reviewing content.  
  2. They also keep the #Content Review Agent Chat messages box checked. The agent needs access to the Channel to reply in a thread there.

Tools

Tools are required for your Autopilot Agent to work. 

The required tool, Reply to thread is the only tool necessary for this Autopilot Agent.

Launch the Autopilot Agent

The senior writer clicks Save, and their team's Autopilot Agent is launched!

The Autopilot Agent's response

The senior writer posts some new content into the Content Review Chat Channel on how to automate sales processes. When the message is sent, the Autopilot Agent is triggered to respond.

About a minute later, the Autopilot Agent responds in a thread. The response is formatted in the way the senior writer specified in the instructions.
