Translate and localize with Brain AI

Languages

Brain AI can translate text between the following languages:

  • English
  • French 
  • Spanish
  • Portuguese
  • German
  • Italian
  • Swedish
  • Dutch
  • Korean
  • Japanese
  • Chinese
  • Arabic

Translate with Brain AI

To translate using Brain:

Using the text toolbar

To translate using the text toolbar:

  1. Highlight the text.
  2. From the text toolbar, select Edit.
  3. Scroll down and click Translate.
  4. From the language dropdown, choose a language. 
  5. The selected text is translated.

Using the translate /Slash Command

To translate using the /Slash Command:

  1. Underneath the text you want to translate, type /translate. 
  2. From the dropdown, select a language.
  3. All of the text above the /Slash Command is translated.

Brain AI localization

Brain AI generates responses in your language. In addition, we are localizing Brain AI user interface text. We will continue to refine localization as we develop this feature.

By default, ClickUp  Brain AI uses the language you've chosen in your settings. If you prompt Brain in a different language, it will respond in that language.

The following languages are currently supported for localization:

  • English
  • Français
  • Español (España)
  • Español (Latinoamérica)
  • Português (Brasil)
  • Deutsch
  • Italiano
