Dashboard filters

Customize the data displayed on your cards using Dashboard filters. Dashboard filters apply to most cards on your Dashboard.

Time-based cards

Some cards display task data over time, while others act as a snapshot of the current moment.
Time-based cards display the historical data of tasks that currently meet your filter criteria.
For example, a task that is currently urgent Priority may have been high Priority last week, so you'll see both Priority levels in the chart.

Use Dashboards filters with card filters

You can use Dashboard filters and card filters together.
For example, let's say you have a Calculation card that is being filtered by Due date to show the number of tasks that are due this week. In this scenario, you're also using a Location Dashboard filter to only show tasks from a specific List.
The calculation card will only count tasks that are both from the filtered location and have a due date this week.
