Spaces
Create one project management Space to hold all of your Folders.
You can create views at this level to search, filter, sort, and group tasks for a high-level overview.
Phased project Folders
Create one Folder for each of your phased projects. These are typically multi-step, large scale projects that will take weeks or months to complete.
We recommend creating the following Lists in each phased project Folder to categorize your tasks:
- Program Management
- Phase 1: Discovery
- Phase 2: Implement
- Phase 3: Launch
- Phase 4: Post Launch
Cross-functional project Folders
Create one Folder for each of your cross-functional projects. These are typically larger projects involving multiple teams at your company.
In these Folders, we recommend creating one Program Management List and a List for each involved team. For example, your cross-functional project Folder might include the following Lists:
- Program Management
- Sales Team
- PS Team
- CSM Team
Other Folders and Lists
In addition to your phased and cross-functional project Folders, we recommend creating the following Folders and Lists or a variation of them:
