Share a view on the mobile app
To share a view on the mobile app:
- From the left side of your screen, swipe right to open the sidebar.
- Open the Space, Folder, or List:
- To open a Space or Folder, tap the open icon to the right of its name.
- To open a List, tap the List name.
- To expand a Space's or Folder's contents, tap it.
- At the top, tap the current view name.
- Select the view you want to share.
- In the upper-right corner, tap the share icon.
- Tap Share this view.
The following options are available from the sharing modal:
| Sharing option | Description |
| Public link |
Enable to share the view publicly. To copy the link or send it to other apps, tap Share public link. You can also share the link with search engines. |
| Private link |
Share the private link with people in your Workspace. Tap Share link to copy the link or send it to other apps. |
| Protect view | Enable to prevent accidental changes to the view. |
| Personal view | Enable to prevent others from accessing the view. |
