Share views on mobile

Share and set permissions for views from anywhere using the ClickUp mobile app! 

You can download the free mobile ClickUp app from the App Store or Google Play Store.

What you'll need

  • The ClickUp mobile app is available on every ClickUp plan.
  • Everyone, including guests, can use the ClickUp mobile app.

Share a view

You can share Task views, Dashboard views, and Doc views from the mobile app.

To share one of these views from the mobile app:

  1. Open the Sidebar:

    • Swipe right from the left side of your screen. 
    • You can also tap the Sidebar menu icon.
  2. In the Spaces section, browse to a location in your Hierarchy.

  3. At the top, tap the view name.

  4. Tap the view you want to share. 

  5. In the upper-right corner, tap the Share button.

  6. If prompted, tap Share this view.

The following options are available from the sharing modal:

Sharing option Description
Public link

Enable to share the view publicly.

To copy the link or send it to other apps, tap Share public link. You can also share the link with search engines.
Private link

Share the private link with people in your Workspace.

Tap Share link to copy the link or send it to other apps.
Protect view Enable to prevent accidental changes to the view.
Personal view Enable to prevent others from accessing the view.
