Each time someone in your Workspace creates tasks, adds comments, and sends Channel messages via email in ClickUp, a unique email is generated.
Treat these email addresses like passwords. Share them carefully and reset them if compromised.
What you'll need
- Email can be used on every ClickUp plan.
- Guests and limited members can create tasks and add comments via email if a unique email address is shared with them.
- Limited members with access to the Channel can send messages via email if a unique email address is shared with them.
- They cannot view the email address in ClickUp.
Keep your emails secure
