You can create Custom Fields at the Space, Folder, or List level. We recommend the following Custom Fields for recruiting:

Use Dropdown Custom Fields to display information such as:

  • Department
  • Interviewer's Recommendation
  • Overall Impression
  • Region
  • Rejection Reason
  • Request Category
  • Stage
EmailA formatted email address.Use an Email Custom Field to keep track of the contact information for each candidate.
FilesUpload files from your device or cloud storage services.Use a Files Custom Field to store each candidate's résumé in their task.
LabelsChoose from flexible list of options, similar to the Dropdown Custom Field.

Use Labels Custom Fields to display information such as:

  • Location
  • Role
MoneyA formatted amount of money in any currency.

Use Money Custom Fields to display information such as:

  • Compensation
  • Desired Salary
PeopleSelect people or Teams in your Workspace for each task.

Use People Custom Fields to display information such as:

  • Hiring Manager
  • Requestor
PhoneSelect people or Teams in your Workspace for each task.Use a Phone Custom Field to keep track of the contact information for each candidate.
Text area (Long Text)Enter a paragraph of plain text.Use a Text area Custom Field to store the candidate's response to the interest question on the job application Form.
