Assignee cards show you how many tasks each person or Team is working on, as well as tasks that might've been forgotten.

What you'll need
- Unlimited use of Dashboards is available on the Unlimited Plan and above.
- Guests can be invited to specific Dashboards with view-only permissions.
Assignee card types
The following Assignee cards are available:
- Tasks by Assignee
- Total Unassigned Tasks
- Total Assigned (Not Completed) Tasks
Tasks by Assignee
View the total number of tasks assigned to each person in a selected location. You can see this data in a pie, battery, or bar chart.
Total Unassigned Tasks
See how many tasks are unassigned in a specific location.
Total Assigned (Not Completed) Tasks
See how many tasks have been assigned but not completed in a specific location.
Create an Assignee card
You can create Assignee cards for new or existing Dashboards:
- Open a Dashboard.
- In the upper-right corner, click + Add card.
- In the left sidebar, click Assignees.
- Choose a card type.
- Customize your card.
- In the lower-right corner, click Add card.
Customization options
There are different customization options depending on what card type you use.The following options are available for all Assignee cards:
| Customization option | Description |
| Location | Choose which Spaces, Folders, and Lists to include. |
| Include subtasks | Choose to include subtasks. |
| Include archived | Choose to include archived tasks. |
| Include Tasks in Multiple Lists | Choose to include Tasks in Multiple Lists. |
| Include Subtasks in Multiple Lists | Choose to include Subtasks in Multiple Lists. |
| Include closed | Choose to include closed tasks. |
