Schedule recurring tasks and view the upcoming occurrences in Calendar view.
What you'll need
- Customers on Unlimited Plan and above can show future recurring tasks in Calendar view.
- Everyone, including guests, can show or hide future recurring tasks in Calendar view.
- Future recurring tasks represent tasks that have not yet been created.
Show future recurring tasks
To see tasks that will recur in the future:
- Open a Calendar view.
- In the upper-right corner, click Show.
- Toggle on Show future recurring tasks.
Future recurring tasks automatically inherit the color of the first Active or Not Started status in your Workspace.
Legacy recurring tasks do not show future recurrences in Calendar view.
