Bug reporting information
When you report a bug, you'll provide some required information to help us troubleshoot, including a description of the bug and the steps you took as you experienced the issue.
You can also include the following optional information:

Login permissions: Give our team permission to access your Workspace to troubleshoot the bug. Options include:
Login and testing permissions
Login, testing, and screenshots/videos
Include diagnostics file: Share a file with diagnostic information to help us troubleshoot.
This file may contain task data or personally identifiable information. Any data you share with us will remain subject to our Privacy Policy and our Data Protection Addendum.Capture screenshot: Includes an automatically captured screenshot of the bug.
Attach files: Attach anything you think could help us investigate the bug.

Report a bug
You can report a bug from several locations in ClickUp.
From your personal avatar menu
To report a bug from your personal avatar menu:
- In the upper-right corner, click your Avatar.
- To the right of the Help option, click the bug icon.
Or, click Help and select Report Bug. - Fill out and submit the bug report form.
From the AI Command Bar
To report a bug from anywhere in ClickUp:
- Open the AI Command Bar.
- Type
Report Bug. - Press Enter or Return.
- Fill out and submit the bug report form.
When you see an error
To report a bug from the error notification displayed in the lower-left corner:
- Click Report Bug.
- Fill out and submit the bug report form.
