Expand and collapse direct reports in your Organizational Chart

You can minimize or expand sections of your organizational chart.

Expand direct reports

To expand a user's direct reports:

  • Below their user card, click the number button.
    • This number represents the manager's total direct reports.
  • Or, in the upper-right corner, click Expand All.

Collapse direct reports

To collapse a user's direct reports:

  • Below their user card, click the minus icon.
