Use the Agenda card to see scheduled tasks, reminders, and external calendar events from Home.

What you'll need

• The Agenda card in Home is available on every ClickUp plan.
• Everyone, including guests, can use the Agenda card in Home.

See your agenda

By default, the Agenda card shows tasks, reminders, and events that are scheduled today.

Click tasks and reminders to open them. Click calendar events to see additional details.

You can change the date displayed by clicking the date in the upper-left corner and choosing a specific date. You can also use the left and right arrows to move between adjacent dates.

Connect an external calendar

Connect an external calendar to see scheduled events in this card.

To connect an external calendar from the Agenda card:

1. In the upper-right corner of the card, click the calendar icon.
2. Click + Add Calendar.
3. Add a Google, Apple, or Outlook calendar.

Display calendar events

Once you have connected an external calendar, you can toggle it on to display events in the Agenda card.

To display calendar events:

1. In the upper-right corner of the card, click the calendar icon.
2. Click the toggle next to the name of your calendar to display events from it.

Choose a layout

The Agenda card has two layouts you can choose from.

To change the layout:

1. In the upper-right of the Agenda card, click the settings icon.
2. Choose an option.

Reminders only display when the View is set to Agenda.
