See your agenda
By default, the Agenda card shows tasks, reminders, and events that are scheduled today.
Click tasks and reminders to open them. Click calendar events to see additional details.
You can change the date displayed by clicking the date in the upper-left corner and choosing a specific date. You can also use the left and right arrows to move between adjacent dates.
Connect Google or Outlook Calendar
To connect your Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar:
- On the Agenda card in My Tasks, click Connect next to the calendar.
- Connect the calendar from the App Center, ClickUp Brain, or the AI Command Bar.
Display calendar events
Once you have connected your calendar, you can toggle it on to display events in the Agenda card.
To display calendar events:
- In the upper-right corner of the card, click the calendar icon.
- Click the toggle next to the name of your calendar to display events from it.
Choose a layout
The Agenda card has two layouts you can choose from.
To change the layout:
- In the upper-right of the Agenda card, click the ellipsis... icon.
- Choose an option.
Reminders only display when the View is set to Agenda.
Tasks and events that are created with only a start time or only a due time will have a default duration of one hour in the card.
