Create, organize, and monitor your tasks in List and Board view using the mobile app.

What you'll need

• List and Board view are available in the legacy mobile app on every ClickUp plan.
• Everyone, including guests, can use List and Board view on the legacy mobile app.

Add List or Board views

To add a List or Board view:

1. In the upper-left corner, tap the expand icon.
   
2. Find the List you want to open.
3. Tap the name of the List.
4. In the upper-left corner, tap the name of your view to create a new view or switch to another.
   
5. Customize your view:
   • Filter: In the upper-right corner, tap the filter icon to only see the tasks you need.
   • View Settings: In the upper-right corner, tap the ellipsis ... menu to open the View Settings.
6. When you change a view, we'll display a confirmation message at the top of the screen. Tap Save on the message to save your view.
