Work with your tasks, Docs, and Chats using views on the go with our mobile app. You can access views created on the web or create views on the mobile app, and they'll be available on every device.
The ClickUp mobile app currently displays five views: List view, Board view, Calendar view, Doc view, and Chat view.
What you'll need

List, Board, Calendar, Doc, and Chat views on the mobile app are available on all ClickUp Plans.

Guests can use views when they have access to a List or Folder.
Find views in the mobile app
To access your views, swipe right from the left side of the screen or tap the Sidebar menu icon. Tap Everything to open a Space, Folder, or List.
In the top left corner of the location, you'll see the current view you're on displayed. Tap the name to see existing views or create new ones!
Mobile view types
| View type | Description |
| List view | List view is required for every Space, Folder, and List in ClickUp. This is the most flexible view to group and sort information. |
| Board view |
Use Board view in the ClickUp mobile app to visualize your workflow, allowing you to quickly identify bottlenecks and limit work-in-progress. |
| Calendar view |
See existing Calendar views you've created on the web and create new ones. Any new Calendar views you make using the mobile app will also appear on the web. |
| Doc view | Doc view is one of the most versatile views. Edit information collaboratively with your team, create multiple pages in a Doc to form a wiki or knowledge base, and lots more. |
| Chat view | Chat view allows you to keep your conversations connected to your work. |
Group, sort, and filter views
You can group, sort, and filter views on mobile to see your most important tasks on the go. The settings and options will change depending on which view you're using.
