Q: I scrolled out too far on the Whiteboard, and I don't see my work. How do I quickly find it?
A: Press +

. Press Cmd

for Windows while scrolling down or up with your mouse. Or, in the lower-left of the canvas click the minus or plus icon. You can also see what percentage you are zooming in or out.
Q: How do I find my Whiteboards?
A: From Command Center you can search for all of the Whiteboards in your Workspace.

Q: How should I organize my Whiteboards so they're easy to find?
A: There are several ways you can make Whiteboards easy to find. For example, you can pin them to a location in your Workspace.

Q: How do I recover a deleted Whiteboard?
A: It's in the Trash, but don't worry! All items remain in the Trash for 30 days. After 30 days, they're permanently deleted.

Admins and Workspace owners can restore deleted Whiteboards.

Workspace members and guests can restore the Whiteboards they deleted.
To restore your deleted Whiteboard:

Click your Workspace avatar.

Select Trash.
-
Click the ellipsis ... to the right of the Deleted by column.

Select Restore.
Q: Why can't I get my connector to connect?
A: Connectors are lines that represent a relationship between items on your Whiteboard. Items are the content on your Whiteboard. All items can be connected.
To add a connector:

From the Whiteboard toolbar, select the Connectors icon or use the shortcut
Shift + C
. -
Hover over any item on your Whiteboard to highlight it.

Click and drag the cursor to the other item.

When the second item is highlighted, the connector attaches.

Q: How many images can I add using Whiteboard?
A: You can add up to 1 GB of image files.
Q: What image file types can I add to a Whiteboard?
A: You can add JPG, PNG, and SVG files.
Q: Can I use Whiteboards on a mobile device?
A: Whiteboards are not yet available on the ClickUp Mobile App.
