Add more Sprints to a Sprint Folder

You can add more Sprints at any time.

1. Click the plus icon on a Sprint Folder and select Sprint.

2. If this is a new Sprint Folder, you can set the Sprint index number to start from.

   By default, this is set to 1. You can set this to an alternate number if you're continuing an existing sprint cadence in the new Sprint Folder.

3. Sprint Duration, Start date, and End date will reflect your default Sprint settings.

   • You can customize your Sprint duration if needed.

4. Enter the number of Sprints to create (up to 50).

   When you create Sprints in bulk, future Sprints will be added sequentially.

5. Click Create Sprints to add them to the Sprint Folder.

Add Sprints from a List or Sprint

You can also create a new Sprint from the List settings menu.

1. Click the ellipsis ... on a Sprint List to open the settings menu.

2. Select Create new.

3. Click Sprint to open the Create Sprint modal.

4. Sprint Duration, Start date, and End date will reflect your default Sprint settings.

   • You can customize your Sprint duration if needed.

5. Enter the number of Sprints to create (up to 50).

   When you create Sprints in bulk, future Sprints will be added sequentially.

6. Click Create Sprints to add them to the Sprint Folder.

Convert a List into a Sprint

You can convert any List into a Sprint as long as the Space has the Sprints ClickApp enabled.

The List must be created in or moved to a Sprint Folder before converting it into a Sprint.

1. Click the ellipsis ... to open the List settings menu.

2. Click Convert List to Sprint.
3. You can customize this Sprint's duration if needed.
   • Sprint Duration, Start date, and End date will reflect your default Sprint settings.
4. Click Convert to Sprint.

Convert a Sprint back to a List

Move a Sprint Folder

The Sprint ClickApp must be enabled in the Space you're moving a Sprint Folder to. If it's not enabled, you're given the choice to enable it or to convert the Sprint to a standard Folder with Lists.

You can move a Sprint Folder to a different Space in your Sidebar:

• Drag and drop the Sprint Folder to a different Space.
• Click the ellipsis on a Sprint Folder and select Move.
