You can use Form view to collect information and streamline the creation of tasks in your marketing team's Workspace. 

For marketing teams, we recommend using Form view for the following workflows: 

Marketing requests

This Form view should exist at the Marketing Teams Space level and requests for your marketing team will come through this form. 

All marketing request tasks will be added to the Incoming Requests List and each request should be assigned a specific marketing task type using the Custom Field so that it can be added to the relevant team List (e.g creative, content, campaigns & promotions).

Creative requests

This Form view should exist at the Creative Folder level and requests for your creative marketing team will be submitted through this form.
