Add and manage columns in List view on Mobile

Add task information to your List view on the go using List view through the ClickUp Mobile App!

Changes made to a List view in Mobile will also update when you're working on the List view from other devices.

Tip: Rotate your device between portrait and landscape orientation to see more information on your screen!

What you'll need

Add and remove columns in List view

You can add additional columns to your List views from the Mobile App.

  1. Swipe from right to left until you reach the far right hand side of your List view.

  2. Tap + Add column.

  3. Tap on a field shown under the Available Fields section to add it to your List view.

  4. You can reorder columns by dragging and dropping fields shown under the Show Fields section.

  5. You can remove columns from your List view by tapping on the ones shown under the Show Fields section.

  6. Tap Done to save changes to your List view.

Reorder columns

You can drag and drop columns right from List view to reorder them.

Tap and hold on a column heading, then drag it left or right to reorder it.

Move columns to the start or end

To move a column all the way to the far-right:

  1. Tap a column heading.

  2. Tap Move to start or Move to end.

  3. The column will move all the way to the left or right hand side of your List view.

Or you can set column order while adding more columns to your List view.

  1. Swipe from right to left until you reach the far right hand side of your List view.

  2. Tap + Add column.

  3. Tap and hold on a column shown under the Show Fields section.

  4. Drag it up or down to reorder it.

  5. Tap Done to save changes to your List view.

Hide columns

You can hide columns from List view.

  1. Tap a column heading.

  2. Tap Hide column.

  3. The column will no longer appear in your List view!
