Duplicate View as Different Types and Carry Over Your Settings
You've worked really hard to create a personalized list view that perfectly meets your needs. 🤩 You have it grouped by Status, sorted by date, and chose to show completed tasks. But now you want these settings applied to other views, such as a Board and Calendar view. Not easy! You'd have to switch to these other views then manually apply these settings all over again. 😔
No more! 👏 With our new Duplicate as feature, you can view your tasks your way without having to manually create new views and reapplying your settings!
Start by navigating to the ellipses menu in the view of your choice, select Duplicate as and choose to convert your existing view into a new view. Now you can go from one personalized view to another, in seconds! 🧚
Important Note: Settings only auto-apply where applicable. For example, if you have a List view grouped by Status, and Duplicate as to a Gantt view, the group by setting won't carry over because Gantt view doesn't have a group by setting available.

New Automation Condition: Current Date Is
Set up Automations based on when your SLAs or other time-bound protocols are being completed with our new Current Date Is condition. For example, reassign tasks to a manager when the Current Date Is 3-days past due to alert a manager when support requests are falling behind. Set this up today in Automations! ⚠️
Grouping by Lists is Now Optional
Folders and Spaces just got more exciting! You now have more flexibility in grouping your List views. Now you can group by Status and turn off the group by List default, so you're no longer confined to grouping by a task's location first! ☄️ For example, when you're at the Folder level and group by Status, you can see all of the tasks arranged by Status regardless of which Lists they live in. But wait, it gets better! By toggling on Also group by List, from the Group By: option you can now group other fields like Priority, Assignee, and more, by List! Now get grouping. 👯♀️
New Page Focus Mode Setting in Docs
Get in the zone faster with ✨ Focus mode ✨ in Docs! We've added a Page focus mode that will hide extraneous page content like sidebars and top navigation, so you can minimize distractions while writing. Pair the new Page focus mode with the existing text Block setting that lightens all other text except for the block you're actively typing in. By toggling these settings on in your Page Details menu, you'll be able to focus like never before! 🔘
