Enhanced List Views on Mobile
We’ve made some powerful updates on mobile like adding column fields and columns in List view! We also made it insanely fast to scroll – and any update that happens on the web, is reflected on mobile in an instant! ⚡
Say goodbye to the days of having to click into a task to see column fields. Now, when you look at a List view, just a simple swipe to the left and bam! ⬅️ All of your familiar column details like Status, Due Date, Custom Fields, and more, are viewable in the palm of your hand!
We know this update will save you time, and frankly, there's nothing we're obsessed with more. 😍 So get moving and be confident knowing you can tackle your work from anywhere with ClickUp on the go!
Create & Edit Recurring Tasks on Mobile
Want to make a quick change to a recurring tasks, or need to create a new recurring reminder while you’re on the go? Well, now you can with the ClickUp mobile app!📱
Pulling from the same settings you’re used to from the web, you can now edit recurring tasks & reminders on the fly! Ensuring the perfect prompts for managers, teams or individuals to share status updates, mark goal progress, and stay up-to-date with any changes to workflow. Create a new one by selecting create task, then tapping add recurring, editing your preferences, and clicking Save! Easy peasy. 😊
But wait, there's more! Now you can see future recurring tasks right from your Calendar on the Home page. Helping to make sure you're staying on top of recurring tasks, and getting your work done from anywhere! 🗺️
🔍 Note: If your task is currently using legacy recurring settings, you won't be able to view or modify the existing settings on mobile. You can always overwrite (via an in-app prompt) the legacy recurring settings to reap the benefits of this update!

Other Improvements
New Automation Trigger Options for 'Task Created'
Automations are a phenomenal way to kick tedious work to the curb. 👟 We updated the Task Created Trigger to include conditions so you can specify whether a task was created from a Template, Automation, Form, or specific User. To use these conditions, select the Advanced Editor for Task Created Trigger, choose from the list of four (default selects all), and proceed with defining your remaining criteria. If you want the automation to apply to all tasks, regardless of how they're created, simply skip over the advanced editor. 🎩
One Month Timeframe added to Workload View
Managing workload is crucial for capacity planning, ensuring your teams are working as effectively as possible, and delivering on time. 🌔 Luck for you, we've made a big improvement that makes planning ahead and visualizing workload on a broader scale, easier! Now team leads and managers can visualize workload beyond just 1 or 2 week increments, and see their team's capacity for the entire month! Just navigate to your Workload view, and from the top navigation near the date range, select 1 month from the dropdown. ⌛
