Dashboards on Mobile

Say hello to on-the-go visibility and reporting! 👋 Now, you can access Dashboards on the ClickUp Mobile app anytime, anywhere! 🎉

Dashboards on Mobile enable your team to see high-level metrics at a glance to ensure your project is moving forward, even when you're away from your desk. Quickly check-in on Sprint statuses like Cycle Time and Burndown, campaign KPIs with Goals and Completed Report widgets, or project needs like Billable Time and Priority Breakdown all from your mobile device. 🦸

To view your Dashboards on the ClickUp mobile app, simply tap the menu icon in the top left corner. To see reports in more detail, tap the View more button under any widget to expand it full-screen. Best of all, you can even interact with List and Chat widgets too!

Note: While most Dashboard widgets are supported on mobile, there are a few exceptions: Activity view, Completed Report, Worked On, Workspace Points, and Who's Behind. But have no fear, these widgets will be supported on mobile in the near future! All widgets (except List and Chat view) are currently view-only.

Improved Public Docs on Mobile

Have you unlocked the power of ClickUp Docs yet? 🏋️‍♂️ In case you missed it, we updated Docs in Release 2.105 to be more customizable than ever before. In addition to a brand new look and feel, public ClickUp Docs are now easier to navigate with sticky table of contents, branded cover images, and the ability to create quick-apply templates!

With this release, we're bringing the new and improved public Doc experience to your mobile device! View any public ClickUp Doc on any browser via your mobile device the same way you would on Web - sticky table of contents, cover image, and all! 🙃

Docs Speed and Performance Improvements

While reliability is an important focus for the entire ClickUp platform, we've taken extra care over the last few months to improve your Doc collaboration experience specifically. Here's a quick rundown of what we've been working on:

  • Any edits made in Docs now appear in real-time when you're working with other Workspace members 💃

  • Rest easy knowing your latest updates will save instantly, even when switching between Doc pages and/or making large updates 😎

  • Real-time Doc collaboration just got easier - identify your teammate's location on Doc with more accuracy than ever before 🕐

  • Doc pages will now load entirely prior to being able to edit to ensure that your updates save instantaneously 👏

  • Doc collaboration technology has been massively upgraded to improve stability and reliability 🦺

Updated Commands for Voice Assistants

Hey Alexa... play Save A Day by ClickUp. 🎵 Voice assistant for Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa has been updated with faster responses and easier to understand Workspace naming conventions. 🔊

Other Improvements

  • Scroll in and out of your Whiteboard canvas using CMD on Mac or CTRL on Windows while zooming with your mouse or trackpad.

Bug Fixes
