Proofing: Video Comments
Have you ever wanted to comment directly on a video uploaded to a task? Well, now you can! π¬
Previously, providing asynchronous feedback on videos was tedious and time-consuming, often involving two tabs (one to view the video, and the other to write the timestamp + your feedback). Now, cut your feedback lifecycle in half with the new ability to leave comments at specific timestamps on uploaded videos! π Just like Proofing images and PDFs, video comments can also be assigned to unique members too for extra accountability.
Once you've uploaded a video to a task, just open the attachment and click on the Add comments button in the upper right of the preview window. Then, click on any part of the video frame at any time and comment to your heart's desire! π₯°
Add Teams to Checklists
Previously, if you wanted to add multiple people as assignees to checklists within tasks, you had to individually add them one by one. π But have no fear, an update is here! π¦Έ
Now, easily add multiple people to a checklist item by assigning it to a Team! Teams in ClickUp enable you to add multiple members to one tag so you can notify an entire team with one single @mention. Assign Teams to tasks, add them as watchers, and now you can add them to checklists too!
