New & Improved User Experience on Mobile

Need to access your work when you're away from the office? We got you. 😎 The ClickUp Mobile app is perfect for working on the go!

This week, we gave the mobile app a fresh new look! 💃 Previously, the app had a tab bar along the bottom of the screen, which looked completely different than the web app and made it confusing when switching between the two. Now, both the mobile app & tablet app will look and function more closely like the desktop app.

Just click the new sidebar menu in the top left corner to access your Home, Notifications, Favorites, Spaces, Docs, Search, Settings, and more! You can also click the new floating buttons in the bottom right corner to quickly add notes to Notepad, create a new Doc, track time, add a Reminder, or create a new task! 🦸

Sharing Folders, Lists, and Views on Mobile

Adjust your sharing & permissions anytime, anywhere! 🏃 Previously, you were only able to toggle between public and private for Spaces on the ClickUp mobile app. Now you can do the same for Folders, Lists, and views!

On the mobile app, simply navigate to the Folder, List, or view of your choosing, then click the ... settings button in the top right corner and select the Share button. Or, just click the Share icon! From there, you can share with people by name/email, share the link to that location, or define their permissions and toggle who in your Workspace has access! 👯

Note: More advanced sharing & permission settings coming soon for Spaces, Docs, and tasks.
