Whiteboard Alignment Guides [Beta]

Miro who? 🤷 ClickUp Whiteboards are coming in hot with new enhancements released just about every week! 🙌

 

Now, you can easily line up any two Whiteboard objects with our new alignment guides. When moving an object on your canvas, alignment guides will appear to make it easy to align it with another object.

 

These guides enable your team to more quickly create beautifully organized brainstorms, diagrams, and journeys. Alignment so easy, you'd think you were in Figma! 😉

More Powerful Automations

Automations have been completely rebuilt to make them bulletproof in reliability and speed.

 

In addition to closing out a host of bugs that impacted the inconsistencies of triggering or performing Automations, we've also doubled down on refactoring the architecture from the ground up to soon release new features better and faster. 🦸

 

If you haven't yet tried Automations, or if you previously did and ran into bugs, please give our new and improved Automations a shot. You won't be disappointed! 😉

Speed and Performance Improvements

This week we're continuing our never-ending quest to make ClickUp the fastest productivity platform on the planet! 🌎 💜

 

This week's highlights:

  • Date picker menu is faster than ever 🏃

  • Speedy loading when opening Shared with Me and large Spaces in the Sidebar ⏩

  • Moving or adding tasks to different Lists from task view is now lightning fast ⚡

  • Better loading speeds for Docs or tasks with many @mentions 🧑‍🤝‍🧑

  • Tags that are added to tasks will appear immediately 🏋️‍♀️

  • Newly created tasks will now appear automatically after creation in List, Board, & Calendar view 🆕

 

Other Improvements

Preview of Doc/Images on Assigned Comments

Previously, the Assigned Comments section in task view lacked context - it was unclear if the comment was from the task, an attachment, or an attached Doc. Now, Assigned Comments display where the comment is located within the task so you can complete action items more efficiently! 👋

 

View Archived Doc Pages in Sidebar

Now you can easily find and view archived Doc pages without having to leave the Doc you're editing! If you've archived a page within a Doc, you'll see an archive icon at the bottom of the pages sidebar. Clicking on the icon will make any previously archived pages visible and easy to interact with! 💃

 

Redesigned Task/Subtask Context Menus

Say hello to a brand new context menu design! 👋 Now, you can more easily identify task actions, templates, and sharing permissions.
