We're releasing speed and performance enhancements every other week, sometimes more often, in our continued effort to make ClickUp the fastest productivity platform on the planet! 🌎 💜

This week's highlights:

  • Improved Mobile data sync and page refresh 📱

  • Enhanced data sync when moving subtasks in task view and List view 🏃

Bug Fixes

In our continued effort to make ClickUp the most reliable productivity platform, we took extra focus this week on eliminating key bugs in the platform! 🚫 🦠 Here's a quick rundown on some of the top fixes:

Tasks

Fixed: The task description did not display without refreshing

Fixed: Unable to preview .jpg files attached to tasks

Fixed: Recurring and duplicated tasks shared with Teams were not shared with people in the Team

Fixed: Updating the task assignee did not notify the new assignee

Fixed: Using Automations and a Date Custom Field to set a task's due date did not set the correct due date

Views

Fixed: Unable to submit Forms with a People Custom Field

Fixed: Unable to format text when editing the first comment in Chat view

Fixed: Deleted images appeared on tasks when Show images on cards is disabled in Board view

Fixed: Expanding List nodes to show tasks would infinitely load in Mind Map views

Fixed: Clicking a shape on a Whiteboard after changing the color did not hide the color picker

Docs

Fixed: Docs Home shared and private views displayed all Docs

Fixed: Opening an inline comment hid the right sidebar icons

Fixed: Sorting by Last updated or Last viewed in Docs Home did not display Docs in the correct order

Fixed: Pages created by importing HTML files did not display without refreshing

Fixed: Titles of private Docs were displayed when mentioned on publicly shared Docs

Fixed: Dragging and dropping pages to create nested pages did not save changes

Fixed: Unable to use .svg images as a Doc cover image

Mobile

Fixed: Opening the link to a task opened the app but not the task

Fixed: The keyboard was not displayed when using SSO via Okta or Azure on Android

Fixed: Tapping back from a newly created task did not close the task

Fixed: Archiving a note after converting it to a task displayed a grey screen

Fixed: Guests saw a grey image instead of the assignee on Reminders

Fixed: Notes and task descriptions in Japanese were not saved

Fixed: Tapping a notification did not open the task or doc

Other

Fixed: Unable to create a Team in a Workspace on the Unlimited Plan

Fixed: Importing a CSV from the Sidebar did not open the CSV import

Fixed: Unable to create a Custom Role on the Business Plus Plan

Fixed: Unable to add a custom image as a Space avatar

Fixed: Time entries were not displayed in Timesheet and Time Reporting Dashboard widgets without opening the task
