Bug Fixes

In our continued effort to make ClickUp the most reliable productivity platform on the planet, we took extra focus this week on eliminating hundreds of bugs in the platform! 🚫 🦠

Here's a quick rundown on some of the top fixes:

Automations

Fixed: Applying changes to Automations required a refresh to reflect the change

Fixed: Due Date Changes Trigger used to fire when Start Date was edited

Fixed: Conditions for Custom Fields triggered even if the condition was unmet

Fixed: Folders created with a template from Zapier did not include Automations

Fixed: Applying a template to a parent task and creating a subtask with a different template forced both templates to be the same

Views

Fixed: Unable to add subtasks to parent task in List view

Fixed: Subtasks would sometimes disappear from List view when creating new subtasks

Fixed: Deleting a root node in a Mind Map could delete the entire Mind Map

Fixed: Unable to access Everything view in Clean layout

Fixed: Status colors did not update in Table view until the page was refreshed

Fixed: The "Showing closed subtasks" setting in List view would sometimes hide subtasks

Fixed: Task location (breadcrumbs) were slow to load in List view

Fixed: Statuses and tasks only appear after expanding status groupings on a publicly shared List view

Comments

Fixed: Attachments and Clips recorded from comments were not uploading consistently

Fixed: Translating a page with Google Translate could delete drafted comments

Fixed: Comments Column in List view would not always update when a new comment was made on a task

Fixed: Hitting tab on your keyboard would indent an entire code block in a comment

Notifications

Fixed: The Turn Into feature menu could sometimes be blocked by other notifications

Fixed: Slack Notifications could not be sent to private channels

Docs

Fixed: Publicly shared Docs didn't always show their content

Fixed: Deep linking to text in a Doc did not take you to that text when visiting the URL

Relationships

Fixed: Rolled-up time tracked displayed the wrong value

Fixed: Rollup Custom Fields didn't properly display in List view

Fixed: Rollup Custom Fields displayed the wrong value in List view

Other

Fixed: Spaces in the Sidebar failed to expand when navigating to a view

Fixed: Folders created by members could result in that member having view-only permissions on that Folder

Fixed: Cumulative Flow widget showed the wrong task count in the Not Started status group

Fixed: Selecting a large number of tasks with the Multitask Toolbar prevented you from making changes
