Collaborative editing means everyone in your Workspace can simultaneously edit Docs, List info, Task and Goal Descriptions, and Text cards.
Widgets were renamed to cards on March 9th, 2023.
What you'll need
- The Collaborative Editing ClickApp is available and enabled by default on every plan.
- Only owners and admins can enable or disable ClickApps.
Use Collaborative Editing
Collaborative editing is available for Docs, List info, Task and Goal Descriptions, and Text cards. A live cursor displays for everyone who's active in the location and edits display in real time.
Depending on where you're using it, Collaborative Editing behaves differently:

- From the lower-left corner, click your Workspace avatar.
- Select ClickApps.
- Browse or search for Collaborative Editing.
- Disable the ClickApp.
