You can add apps and websites alongside your tasks with the Embed view. This is a great way to save time and declutter your screen by keeping things in a single place.

What you'll need
- Embed views are available on every ClickUp Plan.
- 60 uses of Embed view are included on the Free Forever Plan.
- Unlimited uses of Embed view are included on all Paid Plans.
- Everyone, including guests, can create Embed views.
- Guests must have Can edit or Full permissions to add views.
Create an Embed view
You can create an Embed view using either a URL or HTML.
Supported options:
- Airtable Bases
- Google Sheets
- Google Calendars
- YouTube
- Vimeo
- Loom
- Miro (public links)
- InVision
- Outlook Calendar

Google Forms
- Google Forms that include File Uploads cannot be embedded. If you add a File Upload question to a Form already embedded somewhere, people using the Form will need to open it in a new tab.
Embed using an URL
Lots of apps let you embed their content via a URL. For example, you can use a YouTube link and embed the video player
To add an Embed view using a URL:
- Click + View in the Views Bar to open the Views modal.
- Optional: You can check the Private view box if you don't want anyone else to access this view or the Pin view box if you want the view to always display in your Views Bar.
- Select Any website.
- Once the view has been created you can give the view a name and customize it using the Customize menu on the right.
- The Anything option is on by default. Enter any URL or select an app icon to enter a URL linked to that app–some websites may not allow the use of iframes to embed content.
Embed using HTML
To add an Embed view using HTML:
- Click + View in the Views Bar to open the Views modal.
- Optional: You can check the Private view box if you don't want anyone else to access this view or the Pin view box if you want the view to always display in your Views Bar.
- Select Any website.
- Optional: Name your view using the Enter name field in the upper-left corner.
- Select Embed HTML.
- Enter your HTML.
