Sync ClickUp Calendar with an external calendar

You can connect ClickUp to an Outlook, Apple, or any calendar that allows you to subscribe with a URL feed, to easily keep track of your task's due dates.

This is a one-way sync. Changes made in ClickUp are reflected in your external calendar app, but changes in your calendar app don't sync back.

What you'll need

  • Syncing a ClickUp calendar externally is available on every ClickUp plan.

  • Everyone, including guests, can connect ClickUp with an external calendar.
