AI reads the title in your Profile and searches the Workspace Docs and tasks you can access.
Use Workspace Q&A
This feature is called Workspace Q&A.
To use Workspace Q&A:
- From anywhere except an open task or Chat in the lower-right corner hover over the ClickUp AI icon.
- Select Workspace Q&A.
- You can select a suggested question, or type your own into the search bar.
After AI responds, you have the following choices:
- +Create: Create a task or Doc from the comment thread.
- Copy: Copy the text to manually paste it into another location. You can also manually copy any part of the generated text.
- Retry: Click to get a different response from the same prompt.
- Follow ups: Choose a suggested follow-up question.
- Tell AI what to do next: Give AI more direction or ask AI something new.
