\nYou can create a Doc from the Home Sidebar, Spaces Sidebar, Views Bar, location header, toolbar, Docs Hub, from a Doc template, and using /Slash Commands anywhere that allows text.

\nDocs Hub allows you to organize, search, and create Docs from one centralized location.
\nCreate an original synced block once in a Doc or task description, then connect copies wherever the same content is needed. When the original changes, the connected copies update automatically.
\nYou can search for Docs using the AI Command Bar or Docs Hub.
\nAdd structure to the content in your Docs using pages and subpages. Drag and drop pages to quickly re-order and nest them inside other pages. Add cover images and page icons using popular emojis to add flair to your content!

\nDoc comments are automatically assigned to Anyone or the first person or Team that you mention in a comment.
\nYou can add images to your Docs by hovering above the Doc title and selecting Add cover.
\nIn the Gallery modal, you can select the Gallery, Upload, Link, or Search images tab to add a cover image.
\nTo reposition or change the cover image:
\nCreate Doc tags to filter and find the Docs you're looking for even faster.
\nCreate a Doc view that lives in a specific Hierarchy location. Doc views have the same privacy and sharing options as Docs.
\nDeleting a Doc view will also delete the Doc. To avoid deleting the Doc, move the Doc's location before deleting the view.
\nShare a public view with someone outside your Workspace.
\nPrivate view sharing with people in your Workspace is fully available during early access. Future limits may apply.
\nThere are two ways to share your private view: by sharing it with others in your Workspace or with a link.

\n\nTo share a link to a specific page or subpage, click the ellipsis ... beside the page in the left sidebar and click Share.

\nUsers on the Business Plus Plan and above can prevent unwanted changes to pages and Docs by protecting them.

\nDone with a Doc, but not ready to delete it? Archive it instead!
\nWhile archived Docs are hidden automatically, their information is not deleted. You can unarchive Docs at any time.
\nYou can add Docs to locations in the Hierarchy for quick access.
\nFrom the Favorites menu, you can:
\nSee the history of changes made to a page or restore previous versions:
\nYou can see a preview of what changes were made, who made them, and the time and date the changes were made.
\nTo restore a previous version, hover over the version and click the restore icon.
\n\nKeep track of Doc ownership by adding owners and contributors:
\nPeople with edit or full permissions can add owners to a Doc.
\nTo add an owner:
