Share your Goals and set permissions for them. Choose who can see your Goals and their permissions.

What you'll need

Make a Goal private

\n

By default, Goals and Goal Folders are public to your entire Workspace.

To make a Goal or Goal Folder private, from the Goals page:

  1. Open a Goal or Goal Folder.
    2. \n
  2. In the upper-right corner, click Sharing & Permissions.
    3. \n
  3. To the right of your Workspace name, click the toggle to off.

Share a Goal

\n

You can share a Goal or Goal Folder with anyone in or outside of your Workspace. To share with someone outside of your Workspace, you'll have to invite them.

\n

To invite a person from outside of your Workspace, from the Goals page:

  1. Open a Goal or Goal Folder.
    2. \n
  2. In the upper-right corner, click Sharing & Permissions.
    3. \n
  3. Into the Invite field, type their email.
    4. \n
  4. Click Invite.
    5. \n
  5. The person will receive an email prompting them to join your Workspace.
    6. \n

To share with individual users or Teams using the private link, from the Goals page:

  1. Open a Goal or Goal Folder.

  2. In the upper-right corner, click Sharing & Permissions.\n\n

To share with individual users or Teams by inviting them, from the Goals page:

  1. Open a Goal or Goal Folder.

  2. In the upper-right corner, click Sharing & Permissions.
    3. \n
  3. From the Share modal's Invite field, type the name or email of the person or Team.
    4. \n
  4. From the dropdown to the right of their name, set their permissions.
    5. \n
  5. Click the Share toggle.
