There are several options for exporting data from your ClickUp Workspace:

Export your task data

\n

Export your ClickUp Workspace's task data from selected Spaces, Folders, or Lists into a CSV file. The file contains task fields and properties, including attachment hyperlinks, time estimated, and comments.

Export any List view or Table view. This feature is available on our Business Plan and above.

\n

Export using the ClickUp API

\n

Export data using the ClickUp API. The API is available with a standard rate limit of 100 requests/minute/token.

Export Docs

\n

Export Docs in several formats: PDF, HTML, or Markdown.

Exporting all Docs in bulk from a Workspace is not yet available.

Export Dashboard cards

Workspaces on our Business Plan and above can export data from select Dashboard cards. Most cards can be exported in the following formats:
