\nPeople who use your organization's email domain or SSO cannot be added as guests. People who meet these criteria and were previously added as permission-controlled guests will be converted to the limited member role. Limited members are charged the same subscription fee as members.
\nThere are three types of guests. Guest types depend on your plan and the permissions given to guests when Workspace items and locations are shared with them. Guests can't be invited to a Space.
\nOn paid plans, there are two guest types:

| Free Forever guests | \nThere is no fee for Free Forever guests. This plan can have an unlimited number. | \n

Workspace owners, admins, members, and limited members can invite guests to a Workspace by sharing an item or location with them.
\nThe Invite Guests Custom Role Permission can be edited.
\nLimited members view only cannot invite guests.
\nGuests can access Channels they're invited to.
\nGuests can't create Channels, and they can only send direct messages to people who also have access to their available Channels. For the complete plan and user role matrix, read Chat feature availability and limits.
\nAdmins and owners can edit individual permissions for time estimates, time tracking, adding or removing tags, or creating views.
\nYour Workspace's manage people settings tracks the users in your Workspace, their info, and activity.
\nYou can choose to hide individual Custom Fields from all guests in your Workspace.
\nGuests are easily identified by the squares in the upper-right corner of their avatars. The square is green when the person is online and white when they're not.
\n\nOwners, admins, and member-type users have a green or white circle in the lower-right corner of their avatars.
\nUser status indicates a person's availability in the Workspace. For example, they're out of office, have paused notifications, or are on vacation.
\nYou can see a person's status to the right of their name.
\nIf a guest's notifications are paused, there's a z on the white circle in the upper-right corner of their avatar.
