Once activated, only people who have joined your Workspace can view or submit <a href=\"https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/6310233090711-Intro-to-Forms-and-Form-view\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Forms</a>.</p>\n<p>If your organization only uses ClickUp Forms internally, Owners and admins can enable this Workspace-wide setting to secure all new and existing Forms.</p>\n<p class=\"wyn\">Feature availability and limits vary by plan and user role. <a href=\"https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/25810829634711-Form-view-feature-availability-and-limits\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Learn more</a></p>\n<h1>What are Account Authenticated Forms?</h1>\n<p>By default ClickUp Forms are available publicly on the web. This allows anyone with the link to view and submit a Form.</p>\n<p>When the Account Authenticated Forms setting is activated, only people with access to your Workspace can view and submit <a href=\"https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/6310233090711-Intro-to-Forms-and-Form-view\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Forms</a>.</p>\n<p>Your team will still publish and share the public URL to each Form, but only people who have joined your Workspace will be able to view them.</p>\n<p>If they aren't signed in to ClickUp, they'll be prompted to sign in when they access the public link to a Form.</p>\n<p>The setting is Workspace-wide, so all new and existing Forms in your Workspace are secured.</p>\n<h1>Activate Account Authenticated Forms</h1>\n<p>Once activated, this setting applies immediately to all new and existing Forms in your Workspace.</p>\n<p>To activate Account Authenticated Forms:</p>\n<ol>\n<li>In the upper-left corner, click your Workspace avatar and select <strong>Settings</strong>.</li>\n<li>In the All settings sidebar, click <strong>Security &amp; Permissions</strong>.</li>\n<li>Scroll down to the <strong>Advanced permissions</strong> section.</li>\n<li>Click the <strong>Account Authenticated Forms</strong> toggle on.\n<p><img src=\"https://help.clickup.com/hc/article_attachments/41096663384343\" alt=\"Screenshot highlighting Account Authenticated Forms setting.\" width=\"420\"></p>\n</li>\n</ol>\n<h1>View and submit Account Authenticated Forms</h1>\n<p>When someone clicks the public link to a Form that lives in a Workspace with Account Authenticated Forms setting activated:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>If they are signed into the Workspace, the Form loads. They can view and submit the Form.</li>\n<li>If they are part of the Workspace but not signed in, they are redirected to sign in to the Workspace.\n<ul>\n<li>If they have more than one ClickUp account, they must sign into the account that has joined the Workspace where the Form lives.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>If they don't have access to the Workspace, they will see an error message and can't access the Form.</li>\n</ul>","user_segment_ids":[]}}
