Not all Workspaces have been upgraded yet. <a href=\"https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/42972527662359-New-plans-and-pricing-options\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Learn more</a></p>\n<h1>Automations usage</h1>\n<p>There are two Automations usage limits:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Total Automations that are active in a Workspace.\n<ul>\n<li>Inactive Automations do not count toward this total.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Total Automation Actions used per month.\n<ul>\n<li>Each triggered Automation in your Workspace counts as a use.</li>\n<li>Your usage limits reset on the first of every month, Pacific Time.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<h1>Track Automations usage</h1>\n<p>Keep track of your Automations usage in the Usage tab of the Automations modal. Automations are not accessible from <a href=\"https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/6310138041367-Add-an-Everything-view\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Everything view</a>.</p>\n<p>To track your Automations usage, from a Space, Folder, Subfolder, or List:</p>\n<ol>\n<li>In the upper-right, click the <strong>robot</strong> icon.</li>\n<li>Click <strong>Manage Automations</strong>.</li>\n<li>Click the Usage tab.</li>\n<li>Review your usage, including:\n<ul>\n<li>\n<strong>Total actions used:</strong> See your available monthly Actions/the number you've used this month.</li>\n<li>\n<strong>Total active rules:</strong> See the number of active Automations in your Workspace/the lifetime number of Automations available for your plan.</li>\n<li>\n<strong>Upgrade:</strong> On all plans besides Enterprise and Max, you can upgrade your plan to get more Automations and Automations Actions.</li>\n<li>\n<strong>Automations Add-Ons:</strong> <a href=\"https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/6303101719831-Purchase-ClickUp-add-ons\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Purchase Automations Actions Add-ons</a> if you are on the Business Plus Plan or above.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ol>\n<p>The usage tab will update with every ten Automation uses.</p>\n\n<p><img src=\"https://help.clickup.com/hc/article_attachments/34737351909783\" alt=\"Screenshot of the Automations usage tab.\" width=\"420\"></p>\n<h1>Email notifications</h1>\n<p>Usage alert emails will be automatically sent to owners and admins of Workspaces when:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Workspace has used 90% of its monthly Automations.</li>\n<li>The Workspace has used over 100% of its monthly Automations.</li>\n</ul>","user_segment_ids":[]}}
